- Simultaneous processing of two edges (opposite edges) of glass - Process: Belt conveyance (inbound) → Positioning in W and H directions → Upper clamping → Processing → Upper unclamping → Release of positioning in W and H directions → Belt conveyance (outbound) - Cycle time: 25 seconds for 750mm (varies depending on processing size). - Notes: Supports glass sizes from 350mm to 900mm. Uses 5-axis servo to accommodate various processing patterns. Can correct and process glass with approximately 1mm of warping.
